Legs Mums and Tums, is a company set up by me, Kate Munday, a fully qualified Personal Trainer and group exercise instructor for non and pre & post natal exercise.
Since before I qualified as a Personal Trainer, I was inspired to work with females both on a pre and post natal basis due to the lack of information, help and encouragement that is provided to the unique and special population.

Imagine having your own Personal Trainer with someone qualified, monitoring your progress or taking classes with ladies who share the same abilities, anxieties and goals as you.
